Francesco zoekt: Een Appartement / Studio / Kamer in Delft

Hi,

I'm an international student moving to Delft in a couple of months and I am looking for an apartment / studio / room to rent from January 2023. Before proceeding with the reservation, I wanted to clarify some doubts and to specify some of my preferences:

- Contract: maximum 1 year. The shorter it is the better it is for me.

- Bills included: electricity, water, gas, extra fees and internet too!

- Furnished apartment / room with: double bed, kitchen, bathroom and washing machine.

- Maximum 3 rooms / flatmates, including me.
